Squash Casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced
    Cornbread, 6 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.5 cup
    Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Whole-Wheat Crackers, 1 cup, crushed
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook squash. Prepare cornbread. Crumble cornbread and mix all ingredients, except cheese & crackers. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle crackers and cheese over top of mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Makes 8 one cup servings
