Turkey and Spinach

Introduction

This recipe works well for those counting carbs - adding the kidney beans to get additional carbs. Of course, season more or less to your taste.. This recipe works well for those counting carbs - adding the kidney beans to get additional carbs. Of course, season more or less to your taste..
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Tbl Olive Oil
    1 Lb Ground Turkey Breast (use breast - it is only 2-3% fat)
    2 Tlb of Kikkoman LIGHT Soy Sauise (less sodium) on each side of meat
    2 tlb Mrs. Dash's Garlic and Herbs (more to your tast)
    3 Packages fresh spinach (you can use frozen but let it thaw first)
    1 Cup kidney beans (Optional)

Directions

Place oil in bottom of pan
Remove ground turkey breast from package and flatten to 1 inch
Sprinkle each side with Soy Sauce and Mrs. Dash's
Place in pan and cook each side until done
Break apart the meat
Put fresh spinach on top of meat and cover
Cook until Spinach has wilted and then stir all ingredients to blend

Serve with brown rice or alone
