Garlic Mushrooms Soup

    For Soup:
    # Mushrooms, 1 cup
    # Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    # Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    # Cumin seed, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
    # Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    # Paprika, 1 tsp, sweet
    # Water, 5 cups
    # Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)

    For Croutons:
    # Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    # Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    # Paprika, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    # Bread Rye, 3 serving (remove)


Preheat oven to 350°.

To prepare the croutons, combine 1 teaspoons oil and 2 crushed garlic clove in a large bowl. Add the bread cubes, tossing to coat. Place bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until toasted. Sprinkle bread cubes with 1/2 teaspoon paprika; toss well.

Remove stem from mushrooms, cut into thin stripes.

To prepare soup, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 6 crushed garlic cloves and mushrooms; sauté 1 minute. Add ground spices and water; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.

Mix eggs into soup, Turn off heat and let stand 5 min.

Serve with croutons.
