Clam & Ham Bean Chowder

1/3 Onion chopped
1 stalk Celery chopped
2 tsp Canola Oil
1/2 Tbsp I can't beleve it's not butter, lite
1 [15.8 oz] can of Great Northern Beans, rinsed
2 cups skimmed milk
1 serving of breakfast ham , cut in strips or dice
Meanwhile, drain and rinse Beans. Put half in Blender. Add the milk. Puree.. Add the puree to the dutch oven. Add the remaining beans.
Add the I Can't Believe it's not Butter for richness.
Stir well & simmer until warm. Add the clams including the juice. and warm a few minutes.
Calculated to serve 2.
