HJ Corn Chowder

Ingredients

    8 Red Potatoes, diced and boiled until tender
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 cup Aunt Pearl's Sauce powder
    4 cups 1% milk
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    Cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in a pan, then whisk in AP sauce until smooth. Add milk and allow to thicken, stirring frequently. Pour into stock pot with cooked potatoes. Add creamed corn. Season to taste and simmer until warm.

Makes approximately 8 - 1 1/2 cup servings
