Introduction

This is my recipe for that famous cabbage soup diet.
I do not measure, I chop, shake & pour things in.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 medium - large Onions, chopped
    2 Carrots, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
    1 Green Peppers cut into bite size pieces
    4 cloves Garlic
    chopped Parsley, as desired
    1 low sodium bouillion cube
    2 stalks Celery, chopped
    1 Chili Peppers, if desired
    Water, enough to fill a large stock pot
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium
    3-4 large tomatos

Directions

Chop everything into bite size pieces. Add to stock pot. Toss in bouillion cube, cover with water and boil for about 2-3 hours until everything is cooked.
Should make lots of 1 cup servings
