Pumpkin Muffin, variation

Introduction

a variation of carrot cake with raisins, crushed pineapple and shredded carrots a variation of carrot cake with raisins, crushed pineapple and shredded carrots
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 (18.25 oz) box Spice Cake Mix
    1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, in it's own juice, slightly drained
    1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 - 1/2 c. grated carrots

Directions

Using non-stick spray, grease muffin tin. Mix all ingredients. Spoon mixture into muffin tin. Fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Makes 15 muffins.
