Ingredients

    I can Yellow or White Hominy
    1 Can Vegetarian chili w/ beans or Turkey Chili w/ Beans
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 small bag tortilla chips

Directions

Drain the hominy and place in a pyrex baking pan. Spread out and top w/ about a 1/4 cup of cheese. Spread the chili on top of the hominy then cover the chili with cheese. Bake 15 or 20 minutes until cheese in brown and bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.

  • I goofed and put the chili in the casserole first, then mixed sour cream and hominy and spread on top. Sprinkled on just a little Pepperjack and Cheddar cheese. The combination of flavors was delicious so even though it was upside down, it was awesome! - 1/6/11
