Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Splenda, ¾ cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tbsp
    Cloves, ground, .25 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    15 oz can Pumpkin
    Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    · · Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup
    · · Water, tap, .5 cup

Directions

Beat Eggs, add spice and mix well. Add pumpkin and stir well. Gradually add sour cream, heavy cream and mix well. complete by adding water and mixing well. Place in 8x10 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 60 mins. Cut into 8 sections and enjoy!!
