Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cup Wheat bran
    1 tsp Baking powder
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1/2 cup Honey
    1 Egg
    2 T Canola oil
    3 Grated Carrots (about 1.5-2 cups)
    1 Grated Apple
    1/2 cup Apple sauce
    1 cup Raisins
    1/2 chopped dried apricots
    3 T Flax seed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Fill greased muffin tins just to top (these will not rise much). Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
