1 Tbl olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 oz whole wheat elbow pasta
1 tbl Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
1/2 cup Light & Lively low fat cottage cheese
Black pepper to taste
Cook over low heat stirring occasionly until
2. Cook pasta until done. Drain.
3. Add cooked pasta to onions, add Smart
4. When smart Balance has melted turn all onto
plate or bowl. Add cottage cheese and pepper
