1.5 lbs extra lean beef sirloin tips
1/2 onion, diced
1.5 cups shredded cabbage
1 can of Del Monte diced tomatoes, garlic & onion
.75 cups of grated carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pats of butter
garlic & herb seasoning
add the 3 pat of butter, let it melt.
Add diced onion, cabbage and carrots. Cook until tender.
Last add the diced tomatoes.
Hot and good on cold days!!
Makes 8 1-cup servings
