you can eat it with rice, with noodles or wrap it with sour cream or ketchup

you can eat it with rice, with noodles or wrap it with sour cream or ketchup

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Boneless chicken breasts
    3 Garlic cloves choped
    1 tbsp Olive oile (optional)
    1 tblsp Honey mustard
    2 tbsp Cider vinegar
    2 tbsp fat free plain yogurt
    Spices as desired : salt - black pepper
    Half medium sized bell pepper (Green Pepper)
    1 Medium sized onion (optional)

Directions

1- cut the chicken breast into cubes
2- in a bowl, ombine very well the spices, vinegar, yogurt, garlic, olive oil and mustard
3- add the chicken, mix it well and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least one hour or better overnight
4- cut the green pepper and the onion into cubes.
5- Skewer the chicken, green pepper, onion and grill over charcoal or in the oven until desired tenderness.
