1 lb round steak trimmed of all fat
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 med onion cut in half rings
Mix salt, pepper and flour.
Dredge meat in flour.
Heat oil in medium skillet.
Saute meat until brown on both sides.
Add tomatoes, onion, and celery.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve over shell roni, or other pastas.
