Mango Protein Smoothie

Introduction

Full of protein and natural fruit flavor. Great for breakfast or a pick me up snack anytime! Full of protein and natural fruit flavor. Great for breakfast or a pick me up snack anytime!

Ingredients

    3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 scoop protein powder

Directions

Place frozen mango into blender alone. Puree mango for 10-15 seconds. Scrape sides of container to get all of mango back to the bottom of container. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until mixed very well. Enjoy! Makes one serving
