Oven fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients

    1 cup corn flakes, crushed
    1/3 cup wheat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in large resealable plastic bag.
Mix egg whites and milk in another bag.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Place chicken in bag with milk mixture. Let sit 15 minutes. Remove chicken to cornflakes mixture and shake until coated.
Place chicken on cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 15 minutes and then flip pieces and spray with cooking spray again. Bake 10-15 minutes more or until golden brown.
