    Half cup of Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
    Half cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
    Quarter Cup frozen Strawberries
    Quarter Cup frozen Raspberries
    One scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender, blend on high until smooth. You can adjust the ingredients until you get a good consistency.
