Introduction

I found this recipe in a recipe book for Missionaries in East Africa I found this recipe in a recipe book for Missionaries in East Africa
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    200gm cooked chicken
    1 c. celery
    1 c chicken gravy
    .5 tsp salt
    1 dash of pepper
    1 tbsp sage
    3 slices of bread, cubed
    .25 c bread crumbs
    2 tbsp oil
    1 small onion

Directions

Heat the oil, fry the cubed onion and celery in the oil until done, then add chicken and fry again, add salt pepper, sage and bread cubes and fry again.
Layer in a casserole dish, pour the chicken gravy over it and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350'F for 30 minutes.
