Protein Pudding

Submitted by: PHITNPHAT

Introduction

I make this as before bed snack each night. It is easy to make and full of good protein. The nutrition info here is not accurate...protein should be higher and the carbs should be lower. Ingredients

1/2 packet of sugar free Jello pudding mix (I like cheesecake and butterscotch but any flavor will do)

1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Casein Only protein powder (I also like cookies and cream)

Directions

Take protein powder and pudding mix and place in bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of water. Stir with fork until well blended like a brownie mix. Add in more water to reach the desired consistancy.

Eat! Great with apple slices and this recipe is a hearty sized portion.

You can also make this a breakfast if you add in 1/2 cup of Fiber One and 1/2 banana. Yummy.
