Introduction

A tasty soup from the garden when the evenings start to become cooler - put in a crockpot and let it simmer all day. A tasty soup from the garden when the evenings start to become cooler - put in a crockpot and let it simmer all day.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Tomato sauce (homemade is best) 4 cups
    Chicken broth (low sodium,fat free) 4 cups
    Lg potato cut into small cubes
    green beans cut into bite sizes 2 cups
    Lg celery stalk chopped
    Lg carrot chopped
    Med onion chopped
    Lg chicken breasts 3 - chopped
    frozen or fresh corn - 1 cup
    Pearl barly 1/2 cup

Directions

makes approx 10 1 cup servings

Add all to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season with Lawrys season salt, garlic powder and white pepper.
