Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt
    Eggs, sugar, bananas, milk

Directions

350 oven, center rack, long loaf pan
Sift together Flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Cream together, sugar and eggs. Mash bananas, add to creamed mixture.
Add in flour and scant cup of sour milk
Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Add chopped walnuts if wanted.
