Ingredients

    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup
    *Egg white, 4 serving
    *Splenda, 2 tsp
    american sports nutrition American whey protein drink, .5 serving

Directions

Cook oats as recommended on package. Once oats are boiling, reduce heat to medium and stir the egg whites into the oats. Continue to stir until the eggs cook. You will see them turn white and once the oats are totally finished cooking, the eggs should be done as well. It's about 4-5 minutes total cook time. At the end of the cooking, add the protein powder and the splenda and stir well. op with almonds if desired.
