Introduction

Yummy taco salad type dish. My friend Tiffani made this for us and when I heard the name, I was leary...but this is sooooooo good! Also, if you use deer meat, it will knock the fat and calories down a lot. Yummy taco salad type dish. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    lb hamburger meat (or deer)
    2 tomatoes
    small head of lettuce
    8 oz. bag fat FREE shredded Cheese
    pack of taco seasoning mix
    16oz bottle of catalina dressing, FREE
    can of ranch style beans
    Lays Light tortilla Chips

Directions

Brown meat. Add taco seasoning, ranch style beans, and dressing and cook for a little bit on stovetop. While cooking, chop tomato and lettuce and put in a large bowl. Add the meat mixture to the lettuce mixture. Stir together with cheese. When ready to serve, break up chips and mix in. YUMMY. Makes 12 servings.
