    1 c. carrot sticks
    1 c. celery sticks
    3 c. bell peppers ( red, green, yellow)
    1c. cauliflower
    1c. broccoli
    1c. grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
    1c. mushrooms
    1c. green onions

Wash and dry all ingrediants. Cut into appropriate size pieces for finger food.

  • I love serving fresh veggies at every dinner. My family prefers them over most cooked veggies. I don't worry about exact amounts and I have other favorites like snow peas, raw green beans, radishes, zucchini, etc, but they are all so good for us and a great replacement for fries, chips, and so on. - 6/4/11
