Ingredients

    1 boxes Boca Meatless Ground Burger (3 pouches total)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
    8 ounces canned red kidney beans, drained
    8 ounces canned white kidney beans, drained
    15 ounces "no-chicken" vegetable stock
    1.5 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2.5 teaspoons parsley
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
    10 ounces spaghetti sauce
    4 ounces pasta


Directions

Makes about six 1-cup servings

Combine all ingredients except pasta in crock pot for 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. During last 30 minutes on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
