2/3 C Carrots, raw, .chopped
1/2 C Onions, chopped
2 cloves Garlic,
3 cup Veggie, Chicken, or Beef Broth 99% Fat Free,
1-1/2 Cups Cabbage, chopped
1/2 C Broccoli, Flowerates chopped
/2 C Zucchini, sliced
1 Tbs Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
Spray large saucepan with nonstick spray. Saute carrots, onion & garlic over low heat till softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, (beans if you choice bean instead of broccoli), tomato paste, basil, oregano & salt; bring it to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Stir in zucchini & broccoli heat for 3/5 minutes till heated through. Serve hot.
