5 small potaotes-whole 3 oz. Cream cheese 3 tbsp. butter salt to taste 3 cloves garlic. minced
In a large saucepan, boil whole potatoes until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the potatoe water. Let stand for 5 minutes. While potatoes are standing, sautee garlic in butter in seperate pan. Add cream cheese and mix well. Add about 1/2 of water to this mixture. Set aside. Smash potatoes to desired texture. Add cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Add remaining water as needed. Serve immediately.
