2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cans condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can french cut green beans, drained
2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 bag Ore-Ida tater tots, mini tots, or tater crowns
Brown and drain ground beef. Stir together beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and shredded cheese. Reserve approximately 2 cups of tater tots, stir remaining tots into mixture. Spread mixture evenly into 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with reserved tots.
Bake for 55 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
