Introduction

A tasty way to have fruits and veggies together. The various flavors and textures make it a very satisfying side dish or even lunch entree. I often will vary the vegetables or add cinnamon for a slightly different taste. A tasty way to have fruits and veggies together. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 apple (chopped)
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 oz Mann's broccoli slaw
    1/4 cup sliced almonds (walnuts or pecans)
    1/4 cup onions
    1/4 cup craisins
    3/4 cup fat free mayo
    3 tsp splenda
    3 TBLS vinegar

Directions

Mix mayo, Splenda and vinegar to make dressing. Add other ingredients and toss well. Serve cold

Serves 4 (about 1 cup servings)
