    17 OZ TOP SIRLOIN STEAK
    1/2 CUP FLOUR
    SALT PEPPER TO TASTE
    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 98% FAT FREE
    2 CAN NON FAT MILK
    BROWN RICE (INSTANT IF IN A HURRY)

Directions

CUBE AND CUT UP STEAK INTO SMALL PIECES. ADD FLOUR SALT AND PEPPER TO ZIPLOC BAG. ADD MEAT TO BAG AND TOSS TO COAT. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET MEDHIGH HEAT. ADD MEAT COOK TIL BROWN. ADD REST OF FLOUR STIR. ADD CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP (98% FAT FREE) AND TWO CANS OF NON FAT MILK. BRING TO BOIL REDUCE TO SIMMER UNTIL THICKNESS YOU LIKE :O) SERVE OVER BROWN RICE. SERVES 8
