Introduction

Very good homemade bread. A buiscuit made easier with no kneading or rolling or mess. Very good homemade bread. A buiscuit made easier with no kneading or rolling or mess.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup self rising flour
    3 Tbsp shortening
    about 6 oz. milk-2%

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Mixture should be slightly thicker than pancake batter. Heat a large skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook on one side for about 5-7 minutes and then turn....just like a pancake. VERY GOOD. Cut into 6 pieces
