1 pkg Stove top stuffing, prepared without butter
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
5 slices reduced fat swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, reduced fat
1/4 cup water
Prepare stuffing and transfer to a greased 9X13 baking dish. Top with chicken. Add cheese slices, covering all chicken pieces. Combine soup with water and pour over chicken and stuffing.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
