Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground sirloin
    1 small can mixed vegetables
    2 tablespoons diced onion
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    1 sleeve crackers (doesn't matter what kind)
    1 large egg


Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in large bowl. Put into bread pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 mintues. I prefer to put ketchup on the top about 10 minutes before removing it from the oven. Very easy recipe!
