Spinach Artichoke bake

Introduction

makes 6 - 1 cup servings - side dish makes 6 - 1 cup servings - side dish
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    10 frozen spinich
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    1/4 C sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
    !/4 C sour cream reduced fat
    1 1/2 Tbsp salad dressing
    2 Tbsp margarine or butter
    1/4 C grated parmesan cheese

Directions

cook spinach in microwave
saute mushrooms & garlic in butter
drain canned artichoke hearts
mix butter or marg, sour cream, salad dressing, and parmesan cheese together
mix altogether and put in oven proof dish
pepper - chili pepper seasoning - parmesan cheese on top
bake 350 - 20 minutes till bubley
