IntroductionWas leery of this recipe but tried it and liked it! Was leery of this recipe but tried it and liked it!
1 lb. catfish fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 clove garlic, chopped
Mix remaining ingredients; brush over fish.
Cover and refrigerate 30 min. (I didn't)
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
