2 tblspn Butter
1 Onions diced
2 Carrots peeled and diced
1 Apple peeled and diced
2 cups cooked Pumpkin
1.5 tsp ground Sage
3 cups Chicken stock
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
2.) Puree mixture in food processor or blender. Place puree and chicken stock into a pot and simmer 15 mins. Do not let boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.) Divide into 4 and serve immediately.
