Green Onions (chives)
Lettuce 2 cups
Annies Shitake & Seaseme Dressing 2 TBSP
Manderine Oranges - Delmonte no sugar added.
Grilled Chicken 2.5 ounces
Brown Rice (1/3 Cup)
.75 ounces of Chedder Cheese light. Shredded.
Shred about 2 cups of iceburg lettuce, chop bell peppers, chives/green onions.
Arrange as follows:
Lettuces, chives, peppers, cheese, rice, chicken, chow mein crunchy noodles & then the oranges!!
Salad dressing in a small bowl mix the liquid from the manderine oranges. 2 tablespoons of the Annies Shitake dressing and shake it pour over salad.
