Chicken, Spinach and Tomatoes

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves (1 pound total)
    1 tsp ground, black pepper
    1 tbsp poultry seasoning
    2 cans of tomatoes
    1 package frozen spinach
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1 tbsp fresh basil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with black pepper and poultry seasoning. Place in casserole dish.
3. Thaw spinach and drain water.
4. Cover chicken breasts with canned tomatoes and spinach.
5. Add oregano and basil. Stir.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
