2 lbs lean ground beef
5 slice soft Reduced cal Bread
1 med chopped onion approx 1.5 cups
2 Large beaten Eggs
Garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
12 Ginger snaps crushed
1 Large can Stewed Tomatoes (approx qt)
1/2 C Vinegar
1 1/2 C brown sugar
Mix together and shape into 40, 1 inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in large pan bring to a boil and then simmer. Add meat balls when done and simmer 1 hour or put in crock pot.
Serves 10-4 meat balls per serving
