Introduction

These are a frie like potato that goes well as a side. We make them a lot when we are strapped for money and need an easy side dish. These are a frie like potato that goes well as a side. We make them a lot when we are strapped for money and need an easy side dish.

Ingredients

    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning
    4 potatoes, sliced into thin slices about 1 inch long by 1/4 inch thick
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a large cooking dish with non stick cooking spray. Slice potatoes and place in bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix well. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring around at about 15 minutes.
