Sweet N Sour Pork

Ingredients

600 grams of cooked pork tenderloin, cut up into large chunks
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tsp margarine
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed or pineaplle tidbits
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Melt margarine in a pan. Saute the garlic and onion until onions are transparent.
In a measuring cup, measure the vinegar, add the soy sauce, then add enough pineapple juice to make up 1 cup. Pour into pan. Heat through. Add sugar. Cook until the sugar has dissolved. In a small dish blend the cornstarch with a little cold water, then add to pan. Cook until thickened.
Add pork and pineapple, cook until heated through.
Serve over rice or noodles, with some steamed or stirfried vegies on the side.
