Introduction

A yummy recipe I adapted to make beef stroganoff vegetarian friendly. A yummy recipe I adapted to make beef stroganoff vegetarian friendly.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pack mccormick stroganoff seasoning (if you buy another brand check to make sure it doesn't include beef stock in the seasoning)
    4 oz no yolk egg noodles
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1.5 serving soy crumbles

Directions

Boil noodles. Cook soy crumbles. Add seasoning, water, stir, simmer 5-10 minutes until thick and then add sour cream. Garnish with an extra dollop of sour cream and cooked mushrooms, if desired. and enjoy!
