IntroductionThis is a little spicy but really good with a baked potato. This is a little spicy but really good with a baked potato.
2 pounds, 3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cubed)
11.5 oz Harry & David Pepper and Onion Relish
1-2 Large Tomatoes (diced)
1 cup Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend (2%)
We use a 9x13 inch pan, put the cut up chicken chunks on the bottom spread out so they are a single layer. Use the diced tomato to fill in the bottom layer, spoon on the Harry & David Pepper and Onion Relish. Top with Cheese, bake for 45 Minutes (we also make baked potatoes with this to save time & energy).
Remove from oven and serve
