8 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked
2 TBS olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lb frsh mushrooms, halved
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup diced tomatoes or cherry tomato halfs
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1lb flank steak or boneless sirloin steak
2 Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over med heat. Add garlic; cook stir for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms ans broccoli. Cook stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender and mushrooms are golden, about 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce and hot sauce.
3 Add drained pasta to skillet; toss until well combined. Cover to keep warm.
4 Broil steak, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare. Remove to a cutting board. ( I put steak while I am cooking the pasta and veggies so that it doesn't have to sit waiting for the steak to cook)
5 Thinly slice steak on the diagonal; toss with the pasta mixture. Add reserved pasta cooking liquid as needed and additional soy sauce and hot sauce to taste.
