1 lg. onion (diced)
2 lg. cloves garlic (diced)
1 tsp basil or fresh (a few)
1/4 tsp oregano & 1 tsp bl. pepper
4 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c of frozen peas (cook according)
1 lg can of crushed tomatoes OR 1 jar of bertolli tomato & basil sauce
1/4 c red wine
