I had an awesome recipe for hot fudge but it was loaded with fat and calories so I changed it to be healthier and it is just as yummy! My husband says its the best he's ever tasted! Ingredients

2 TBSP Butter
6 TBSP cocoa powder-unsweetened
3/4 cup sugar
6 TBSP fat free half and half
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Makes 16 servings -- 1 TBSP each.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add cocoa powder. Mix well. Stir in sugar--mixture will be dry and crumbly. Slowly add half and half and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
