I got this recipe from the hillbillyhousewife.com newsletter. It's simple, cheap to make, and not bad on calories/fat! Plus, almost everyone keeps the ingredients on hand. Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    .5 cup milk
    2 tbsp mayonnaise (I used fat free)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease or put paper cups in a muffin tin. Mix ingredients in a bowl and spoon into muffin tin.

Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and browned.


Makes 5 rolls.
