Chili

Introduction

This is one of those wonderful dishes that you can put your own signature to with the seasonings you add. I prefer just a pinch of red pepper flakes, thyme, low-sodium beef boullion, but you can use whatever you like. This pot of flavor also will get better every time you reheat. Manga! Ingredients

Beef, top sirloin, 7.25 oz (remove)
Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
Celery, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
Beans, pinto, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    tomato soup-condensed, 2.5 serving (remove)
    seasoning to taste
water-approx. 2 cups (just enough to cover)

Directions

Cut beef into small chunks removing any fat and grizzle. Brown in non-stick pot, add celery and onions, cook, stirring for a couple of minutes. Add beans (home cooked or canned) with juice it was cooked in. Add soup and seasonings, a little water if necessary. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occassionally until meat is tender and flavors are married.
