Made with tomatoes! Ole! Made with tomatoes! Ole!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups long grain white rice
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 tsp garlic finely chopped
    1 large tomato, diced
    1/2 cup onions
    1 tbsp oil

Directions

1. Cook onions in oil with garlic
2. Cook rice in chicken stock.
3. Add tomatoes and onions with garlic into the rice.
4.Toss and serve.
