Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can spanish rice
    1 10 oz. can mock duck

Directions

Stir together rice and mock duck in microwaveable casserole dish. Heat for 2min and 30 seconds at power level 6. Scoop about 3/4 cup into pita or pocket bread.
